We are looking for a breakfast cook to join Morgen 1040, our new, modern breakfast café at Wiedner Hauptstraße 71, 1040 Vienna, for 20 or 30 hours per week. If you enjoy preparing breakfast dishes and work in a clean and organised way, we would love to hear from you!
Your tasks
- Preparing and attractively plating breakfast dishes
- Preparing ingredients and setting up the workstation
- Maintaining consistent food quality
- Following hygiene procedures and completing HACCP records
- Checking supplies and storing food correctly
- Cleaning the kitchen during and after each shift
What you bring
- Kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast or brunch service
- A clean, organised and independent approach to work
- Reliability and teamwork
- Ability to stay organised during busy service
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability to communicate in German or English.
